My husband I have purchased the last 6 trucks/cars from Ryan Ford and would not go anywhere else. Our sale person that use to be there is no longer there so I was little worried about going back and not having the great experience as I did before. I did check their website to make sure that Westley McKeehan was still in finance, to be honest if he would not have been there I would have tried to find out where he went. I was so happy he was there, I had a sale rep by the name of Benjamin Vanmullekom reach out to me and let me tell you he is the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with. He was not like your regular sales person, he made us feel like he had know us for years. Ben got the deal done and on. March 21, 2026 to buy our 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend. When we got to the dealership to test drive Westley came out to greet us. Westley has such a good personality and now I know why I would not deal with any other finance person at a dealership but him. He makes the financing process easy. He will work extra hard to get your loan approved. March 22, 2026 my husband said he wanted to trade his truck in for a new one, so I reached out to Ben on Sunday and didn't expect him to email me since it was Sunday, but he did and said he would get started on the deal and get with Westley on Monday. Westley got the deal done and we picked up our new truck on Tue. I want to say that Ben and Westley will be our go to people in the future for our new vehicles, I refuse to deal with anyone but those 2 guys. Westley and Ben you both ROCK. Not only did you take care of our Truck and Bronco deal, but you treated us like family. You both will always be like family to us. :) I hope that Ryan Ford know what an asset you both are to their dealership, your hard work and dedication you both have. Thanks again. Our son will be looking next . :)

This time, Antonio took care of me while getting my Ford Maverick serviced, and he was absolutely fantastic! Not only did he make sure I was completely taken care of, but he also brought a great sense of humor to the experience, which made the whole visit enjoyable. I had a very had a bad experience here before but gave it another chance, big mistake. I called ahead about some recalls to address and the person told me I needed to come in to get them fixed, no appointment needed. At the temporary check-in the person radioed 3 times for someone to come and help me, nobody came. Very frustrating as there were 5 staff just hanging around the area doing nothing. I eventually went inside to find someone in service and there were 4 people huddled chatting amongst themselves, two free desks with people behind, and two ladies behind the reception desk. I guess no one wanted to come outside for a customer today. I told the lady behind the desk that I had been told to come in, she checked my VIN and said no, there was nothing they could do for me. I asked who the person was I talked to, it was the other lady sitting next to her. Apparently new and still being trained. Completely wasted my time today, and the worst customer service I have ever seen in any dealership ever. Avoid this place, I will drive a little further next time to Planet Ford for professionals.

I never felt pressured for any addon's and you clearly explained everything offered in a way that made perfect sense. On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! Very sleazy sales techniques. I was quoted a competitive price on the car, but when it came to paying, they purposely did not show me any listing of the charges and just told the me the final out the door price, which, stupidly, I paid. When I looked more carefully, I had been charged almost $200 dollars for a book of service coupons and another almost $200 for adding extra security numbers engraved on the vehicle. No one had ever told me to my face during the sales process that I was being charged for these items. I still get burned about it. Bottom line -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will never see another penny of my money.
