As soon as pulling in someone immediately helped me and got to work on my car. I really appreciated all their help and my car was done within 2 hours when another auto shop told me they couldn't look at my got to work on my car. The service manager was excellent and very helpful. The only concern is that I had a 3:00 clock appointment and still had to wait 2 hours to get it done. The appointment did not seem to matter much. Service advisors and techs are very knowledgeable and honest. The repairs and service is excellent. My only issue having to wait 3 to 5 days just to have the vehicle diagnosed. I can’t afford to rent a v honest. The repairs and service is excellent. My only issue having to wait 3 to 5 days just to have the vehicle diagnosed. I can’t afford to rent a vehicle while my vehicle is waiting to get diagnosed not to mention more time to make repairs if needed. How about loaner cars if this can’t be avoided? More
