I had my Explorer's battery replaced, and they did a fantastic job of completing this in a timely manner. The cost was the same as an auto parts store, and I was very thankful for that too. I had favorable comments regarding this dealership but my last service was a game changer for the worse. After having new rear brakes placed I noticed after four days that I had only one wheel lug on one of last service was a game changer for the worse. After having new rear brakes placed I noticed after four days that I had only one wheel lug on one of the rear wheels. I lost five lugs and two are sheered off. Obviously the repairman did not tighten the lugs. If I had not noticed this a very bad accident could have occurred More

Trying to get my new (bought in April '23) Ford F-150 Hybrid Platinum in for repair is a joke! Getting someone to answer a phone call is like pulling teeth, so I schedule an "appointment" online. When I get to the dealership at my appointed day and time, they have no record of it! I find the service group neither helpful or informed on their product. I have a running board (1) that will not retract, it just stays out, but they can't even look at it for three days; meanwhile I'm without a vehicle because they don't give out a loaner until they diagnose the problem and determine it's warrantable. I can't be without a car for three days! So, here I am driving a new truck with one running board stuck in the out position! More
