Was given a 7:30 A. M. appointment for Monday 6/20/2022. Waited three hours and had to get my vehicle back before they did the oil change. Was not happy that I had to come back another day. Went back Friday 6/24 after 2:30. Mr. Randy had the oil changed. Appointments shouldn’t be over booked. Ford customer for a while. Customer’s experience should be a good one. I always recommend ford because I have had good experiences. More
