I was really happy with the purchase of my vehicle here. But the service for oil change is discouraging. I have been here 4 times for an oil change and each time the price changes for the higher each time, But the service for oil change is discouraging. I have been here 4 times for an oil change and each time the price changes for the higher each time, even though I get the same “works package” or bring a coupon. The service reps don’t tell you the price until you pick up your car and it’s too late to discuss the price. I also don’t like that you don’t get a print out of the “multipoint inspection.” More

I made an appointment for 9:30am for an oil change, got there earlier than the appointment. I did not get out of the place until 12:40, there was no update and no one told me there would be a long wait for there earlier than the appointment. I didn't see the purpose of an appointment with a 3hr wait. More

Here is my RATINGS. 1. My First Visit: I sat there for two hours , waiting for the call. and watched the truck sitting outside. When I have asked the Service Writer, t 1. When I have asked the Service Writer, then I was called and I saw the person go to the truck and bring it to the front. 2. The Second visit last Friday, the 10th June 2022, just for an oil change and inspection and had appointment for 9 am, the service writer said it will be all day, and said there was a recall on the truck also. I had only 5560 miles on the vehicle. Note: I was dropped off at my home, but later on that day I was told that there is no pick up available after 3 pm. Next day I have to get the UBER, and pay them, to pick up the Truck. If the oil change was done, the Mechanic did not see the dust on the Engine, the leaves under the hood when it was opened. They were still there when I brought the truck home. I had to do it myself. The Service writer said that he will take care of washing the Truck.- DID NOT HAPPEN. Please send me the pictures taken when I brought the Truck in, as I have noticed something and want to make sure. Will let you know when I receive the pictures 1. Driver's side Picture 2. Passenger side picture I will be waiting for the pictures. - I have sent a message to the service writer this morning for the pictures but have not got them yet. Thank you Jay Vanga More
