AutoNation Ford Katy - Service Center

Trying to get my new (bought in April '23) Ford F-150 Hybrid Platinum in for repair is a joke! Getting someone to answer a phone call is like pulling teeth, so I schedule an "appointment" online. When I get to the dealership at my appointed day and time, they have no record of it! I find the service group neither helpful or informed on their product. I have a running board (1) that will not retract, it just stays out, but they can't even look at it for three days; meanwhile I'm without a vehicle because they don't give out a loaner until they diagnose the problem and determine it's warrantable. I can't be without a car for three days! So, here I am driving a new truck with one running board stuck in the out position! More

I am also thankful for the mgmt., Randy's supervisor, who was a deciding factor on resolving one of the issues and making the right decision. I have one more recall that Ford has not received the parts yet but when you receive them, you bet I will be bringing my car there. More
