Service waits are long even with an appointment. Waited over 2.5 hours just to know if battery needed to be replaced. I should have been told when I went in to drop my car off that the parts were not available and because of that the car has sat for a week and a half and only some of the work got done the work that did get that the parts were not available and because of that the car has sat for a week and a half and only some of the work got done the work that did get done was only a couple of months out of warranty and it all had to be redone again the overall experience was not up to what it has been in the past years More

Good overall but could be a little faster, especially if you scheduled an appointment ahead of time. They need lessons on customer service in the service department. Asked to check my rotors along with my oil change on a car I bought six months ago. He proceeds to tell me it would be 180 to just look a department. Asked to check my rotors along with my oil change on a car I bought six months ago. He proceeds to tell me it would be 180 to just look at them. I didn’t ask them to change them for free. Just look at them. I left frustrated in the morning. When we come back to pick up the car, they tell me the rear rotors are very worn. So I bought a car that should’ve had new rotors and I was made to feel like a burden after my request and they checked the brakes anyways. Why tell a customer they won’t check the brakes and then go and check them anyways? Makes no sense. Did he just want to tell me no for the sake of it? Terrible service. More
