Took my car in on a Saturday morning (with an appointment) with an expected return date of the following Tuesday. Finally received word it was ready on Monday after 9 days in the shop. My rep was good and communicated with me regularly, but the content of the updates was disturbing. Apparently, since there were a few things wrong with the truck, it needed to see 3 different techs. And each time it changed tech hands, it was put in the back of the queue for the new tech meaning my truck sat and waited for the tech to finish jobs in front of mine on vehicles that may have been in shop a shorter time period overall. Advisor stated they were just really busy, and it was in line to get looked at soon. More
