First time having Ford F-250 service work done after owning a Toyota Tundra for over a decade. The service advisor had the personality of a rock. Acted like I was interrupting his day even though I ha owning a Toyota Tundra for over a decade. The service advisor had the personality of a rock. Acted like I was interrupting his day even though I had a 7:30AM appointment. Oil change and tire rotation took 1hr 45min. My Tundra routinely was done in under an hour. I LOVE my F250, but so far the customer service with Ford has been dismal. More
Took my vehicle for repairs. They had to keep it for many days. My warranty comes with rental/loaner car. They didn't have any. My vehicle is a GMC. The dealership was a Ford. Which is over an hour to get to and in a bad srea. They do not have equipment to fix anything but a Ford. I spent $4000 on warrenty was told i would get a rental and take my car to any Autonation for repairs. NOT TRUE!!!! MANAGEMENT WAS NO HELP!! More

Negative attitude by service writer regarding solving a dashboard computer problem. They didn’t resolve the problem. I asked them to check the brakes and they completely blew that off.
