my car still under warranty and needs transmission repair, the service guy told me that I have to leave my car there for at LEAST 2 months only to get a diagnostic, after that he will let me know how repair, the service guy told me that I have to leave my car there for at LEAST 2 months only to get a diagnostic, after that he will let me know how long do they need to have my car to be repair, which Im guessing will be another two months also they need to replace my radio screen and took one week to let me know that they order parts and because they are back order it may take 2 months to get the parts! thats insane, every time I need a repair the take a long time even for the small things, I got a oil service that took 4 hours when they told me that waiting time was between 45 min to an hour, And Im stuck with this dealership since we paid for a package service in advance and has to be that particular dealership, If you read this, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, never good service More
Daniel at automation ford took very good care of my husband and myself. He didn't treat us as just a number. He informed us every step of the way and our vehicle was done in a more than timely manner. husband and myself. He didn't treat us as just a number. We were made aware of a recall about which we were told there were no parts. A year or more later, we receive a final notice to get the repair. We made an appt only to be told the repair would take 3 day there were no parts. A year or more later, we receive a final notice to get the repair. We made an appt only to be told the repair would take 3 days. We called to find out if the repair was complete on the day we were advised it would be and were told they didn't have the part but they would call us to bring back the vehicle when the part that would be earmarked specifically for my vehicle arrived. It has been almost 2 more months and no one has called to have the recall repair completed. More
Disapointed and fustrated. Wife received letter on recall of tailgate, I found it 8 months later. Called and schedule appointment for recall. Upon arrival was told the recall Wife received letter on recall of tailgate, I found it 8 months later. Called and schedule appointment for recall. Upon arrival was told the recall was so new they might not be able to do it. I pointed out the recall letter was nine months old. Then I was told they would need vehicle for 3 days to a week to test duplicate issue. I wasn't told this when I made appointment, so I wan't prepaired to leave it. Got the impression that if they couldn't duplicate isue, nothing would be done and this would be a waste of time. I ended up leaving wondering if issue was the dealer didnt want to deal with the recall. At this point I feel stuck driving it with the open recall issue. As I have time, I'll start to research and possibly find another dealer for recall. More
