Just moving to Katy and needing a state inspection, my vehicle, under warranty, would not communicate with the states computer. It turned out to be a warranty issue and fix. Randal, my point of contact wh vehicle, under warranty, would not communicate with the states computer. It turned out to be a warranty issue and fix. Randal, my point of contact when entering the service department, was very helpful sitting the process of the vehicle repair. He kept me up to date with the vehicle status and repair. Needing a front license plate, my car came with a beauty bracket when purchased. I asked Randal if this could be attached as well. Not a problem. My experience with Autonation Ford was excellent. I will be a returning customer. More
