This was the best Ford dealership experience I’ve had. I had multiple services done with ease. Jonathon was very informative, honest, and did not push sales (which is why I don’t enjoy going to the dealer I had multiple services done with ease. He provided me with the information, customized a plan that fit my needs, and allowed me to think about it before making a commitment. I requested to have my car ready by a certain time, which he guaranteed and followed through (that was a first at a dealership for me). Another great plus, was the communication. Jonathan communicated with me throughout the day by providing an update on the mechanic’s progress and answers to questions I previously had. Even while on-site he was very helpful and demonstrated higher than expected customer service. I will definitely be returning for future services at this location due to the customer service and quick turnaround. More
