My only interaction with Auto Nation Ford is with the service department. Prior to a management change my experience was less than satisfying. I was told by the service manager that my expedition had struts on the front and should be covered by my extended warranty. After taking time to drive it there and drop it off I was called and told that on struts on the front and should be covered by my extended warranty. I wasted two trips when they could have determined this before wasting my time. More
