I was told by the service manager that my expedition had struts on the front and should be covered by my extended warranty. After taking time to drive it there and drop it off I was called and told that on struts on the front and should be covered by my extended warranty. After taking time to drive it there and drop it off I was called and told that on my expedition they were considered shocks, not struts , therefore not covered by the warranty. I wasted two trips when they could have determined this before wasting my time. More
