AutoNation has the best service department I have ever experienced. I could not be happier with the service I was provided. I believe the quality of service has to do a lot with their manager Henry Sanche experienced. I could not be happier with the service I was provided. Had brake recall work done on our Ford Edge. Work was done promptly but brakes squeal now. If brake pads needed to be replaced wouldn’t the mechanic have advised us? We are a one vehicle couple. Always the guy who help me is telling me that the time fir the service is to long. Once he told me 2 or 3 DAYS for a recall notice; He doesn’t have a loner vehicle for recalls (he said) I have ti rent a c fir the service is to long. Other time I call to do the state inspection and they told me the waiting time between 3 and 4 hours, I did it in other place, it took 15 minutes, and Yesterday I brought my car to oil change, I had an appointment early in the morning, the same guy told me that it was going to take between 2 and 4 hours… again? So I decide to have and Uber and go home, 45 minutes later, text message.. it is ready. I can not understand why they need to do that, but it is not a good thing. Sorry guys you have you improve this from your representative. More
I took my vehicle in for a scheduled service at 7am. After we have had a quick inspection of the vehicle, I mentioned that I will need my vehicle by 12pm at latest. I understand that it’s holiday and you are understaffed. But after 5 hours, no update, when I called in, the technician Dustin Thomas was no where to be found, by 1pm, someone was able to locate him and put him on the phone, he said still need to check, so he needed to walk over to the shop and check with suspense person, but that took way too long. By the time he got back to me, we were late for a family event, we had to rush our way to downtown. Overall, my experience this time was terrible. Communicate was terrible, unprofessional. More
I was treated quite well during my first oil change service visit. However, when I made an appointment for my second oil change through their chat service the results were not nearly meeting expectati service visit. I made an appointment for an oil change, and would wait for the truck. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 11am appointment. It took 25 minutes for them to write up my work order which was simply the oil change and tire rotation that I purchased during my buying experience of the vehicle. I was told they had an express service when I purchased my oil plan. In fact, my service advisor was the express guy. I went to lunch with my relatives that were visiting and returned 1.5 hours later. My service advisor was no where to be found and nobody could tell me the status of my vehicle. Pretty much, 30 minutes later he returned from lunch and told me my vehicle was not even started, a full 2 hours and 40 minutes after I showed up at the dealership. Since I had a previous engagement in the afternoon I just left without my service being accomplished. Tried to email the GM or Service Manager about my experience but neither the chat function online or text option online would provide their contract information. Honestly at this point, I will never return to this dealership for service again, and will be utilizing my oil plan through another autonation store. Not sure if this dealership using automated dispatching or manual but either way I would do not take an oil change appointment for a customer who is waiting if you do not even start work until after they had been waiting for over 2.5 hours.
