I previously submitted a review which indicated that the entire process could have gone better and I do stick by that. Perhaps I was a little harsh on my star ratings so I bumped them up to average which i entire process could have gone better and I do stick by that. I would like to add that the General Manager (Mr. Rossi) has been very helpful in getting some of the issues resolved. Had I known enough to involve him when things went of the track I feel comfortable that I would have had a better experience. Mr. Rossi has been very attentive and delivered on everything that he said he would do. More
