I spoke with service advisor and she said manager was unavailable when i was there but theyve had a lot of problems for about 2 years and working on them. Guess that was the resolution.

WORST Service ever! Made appt 2 weeks in advance and my RV sat and recall never EVER done, not touched in a day & a half. Told appt was just a checkin with advisor. Nothing but lies!! NEVER ever use them, More
