Every time we come here the service we ask for is completed, however, the customer service can be lacking and the estimated time on how long repairs will take is ALWAYS wrong. We came in for a brake repair that was noted 2-3 weeks ago at an oil change appointment. The service advisor wasted our time and had the technician reinspect the car to make sure it needed brakes, which took 2 hours. The he told us the work would take 4-6 hours. The car wasn’t ready until the next day, or at least that’s when I received the call. Also, our service advisor was changed without us being informed. More

Made an appointment, twice...why??? Took 2 hours to get in the first appointment and just for an oil change. ...And they rotated my tires for some reason and now I have vibrations while driving. Made a fol in the first appointment and just for an oil change. ...And they rotated my tires for some reason and now I have vibrations while driving. Made a follow up appointment to resolve the vibration issue and they said at least a 2 hour wait when I arrived for my 2nd appointment. Now I have another appointment to drop off my truck for the vibration that they created. The service at this Dealership is out of control and embarrassing for Ford. I'd give it 0 stars. More
