40% markup on parts. I can get the same part from your parts department for less. If your tech walks over to get it you up charge. You are not customer centric. He was very nice and not at all pushy. He was with another customer when we arrived so we worked with Mr. Robert Haines who was also wonderful and helpful. There was no back and forth or haggling when it came to my trade in value or the new car, the process was the easiest and most pleasant I have ever had. Left our F150 on Sat, 7/24/21, for 100,00 mile check up. Got run around from Lee and Jason with excuses. This service dept is a joke. Our truck wasn’t ready until We’d, 7/28/21. Will not be bringing my truck back here again for repairs or services. When I first showed up no one came to greet me. I stood in the office with no one saying a word. The service person I was scheduled to see wasn't even working that day. The service person I got wasn't paying attention to my issues. Couldn't find any of warranty information. I ask that my truck not be parked outside since my sunroof was leaking. I came back multiple times and it was parked outside with rain coming. I've had my truck there now three times for the same issues and they are still charging me for their bad work. They should have reached out to Ford for these known issues but that didn't happen either. My truck now has a musty smell and it was wet when iv picked it up. They didn't even clean it. I will never take another vehicle here again. More
