BUYER BEWARE!!! This is a shady dealership!!! Bought used car (2014 - almost $17k) on 02/04/21. Went to get it in on 02/07/21 and the battery was dead. They replaced battery on 02/08/21. 02/10/21 Christine car (2014 - almost $17k) on 02/04/21. Went to get it in on 02/07/21 and the battery was dead. They replaced battery on 02/08/21. 02/10/21 Christine called and said our paperwork had to be redone because there was an error with it. On 02/11/21 the dash display went dead - they replaced a board. Also, they found the keypad on the outside of the door was cracked and causing the battery to drain. 02/19/21 - Christine called to verify what UF meant on our tag application - let her know i requested University of Florida tag. She said the tag would be delivered Monday or Tuesday at their office, but she never called. 02/23/21 - Check Fuel Filter Inlet error came on several times over 02/23 & 02/24 - went off and then didn't come back on. 02/27/21 - Check engine light came on and we took it to the dealership. It ended up being 3 codes and 2 of them were a sensor, they didn't specify what the 3rd code was. They had the car from 02/27 to 03/02, no offer of a loner car. Since the tag was expiring on 03/05, he said he would have the tag by the time I picked it up and he would put it on the car ... however when we got there to pick it up, it had a regular tag, not the UF tag. 03/03/21 - called Randall (said he was the GM) back and he said that the tag was held up in shipping in Memphis, TN and will be in by the weekend. We did finally get the UF tag, however it came from the Orange Park dealership to my Jacksonville address, so no way it would have ended up in Memphis, TN!! 04/11/2021 - We had heavy rains during the night, got in my car for it to be flooded .. thought maybe I had left the sunroof open ... forward to 04/17/21 & 04/18/21, heavy rains again ... and again the car flooded!! The first time it was coming in through the sunroof control panel and under the hood ... this time it came out of the handle bar and under the hood .... waiting to see if it's covered under a warranty!! Will update! More
