Leading up to the day I bought my fabulous new Ford Explorer XLT, my stomach was in knots thinking about and considering all the heavy tactics the sales person may use on me. However, I am extremely happy to say and share that my experience was absolutely awesome. Jack Tashjian Jr was great, listened to what I wanted, understood what I was willing to pay and found the perfect vehicle for me. He broke everything down for me, so I understood what I was getting.
