I knew the next truck I was going to purchase when it came time but I did not think it would be that day. My daught really wanted a Chevy, that could pull her horse trailer which I explained to Bryce, and he took me for a ride in the Ford F150 4x4 and actually talked me into buying it. He was trying to get everything I was looking for which he did except the Goosneck hitch required to pull the horse trailer. He asked colors, engine size & what else I was interested in. I sat there long enough that I was starving, which he even offered me his lunch which was very generous of him. but I had to decline because I don't eat chicken or cheese. He took everything out of my old truck and placed it in the new truck for me, even got me a box to empty my glove box. When I drove off the lot, the only thing it was missing was the running boards to get up in the truck. I told him it would be Saturday the 12th before I could get back in to have them installed due to my work schedule. He actually drove to my work on Tuesday and picked up my truck, took it in and had the running boards installed and brought it back to me. Now that is what I call Excellent Customer Service. He was so personable, treated me like family while I was there, I was very impressed. More

The sales experience was extremely smooth and spared me the games you expect when you go car shopping. Dave is wonderfully genuine, responsive, and treats you like family. Before I arrived at the dealership, we already had a vehicle in mind and pricing was quoted accurately, so all I had to do was come to the store, test drive the vehicle, and sign on the dotted line. I came in after work on a Saturday evening and rather than wait around with a sleepy child, I opted to take delivery the following Monday and Dave was very helpful in showing me how the truck worked, getting the FordPass app set up, and getting the tag moved over. I also came back and paid a visit to Parts and picked up a set of running boards, and they were in stock and ready to go. Overall, I would highly, highly recommend doing business with the folks at AutoNation Ford Orange Park. It wasn't at all what you expect when you visit a dealership, with the pricing games, back and forth over pricing, bait and switch and high pressure.
