First and foremost, we were treated with the utmost respect and patience. As with many in a car buying situation, we only had an idea of "exctly" what OPTIONS we were looking for. Ike took all the time we needed to find the perfect match for our family. He was absolutely amazing. We went into Autonation ready to "deal" with the enitre process. By all means, we left having made a new friend! We were treated like family and the overall experience could not have been better. One of my favorite parts about the entire purchase was when Ike Ettinger, the awesome sales professional that he is, took nearly 40 minutes to personally show me how to operate my new vehicle bumper to bumper! Sure like most people I could fumble through it and eventually learn the basic mechanics. Considering all of the new technology I simply never would've been able to fully take advantage of all that my New Lincoln had to offer had Ike not taken the time to give me a mini course! He linked my cell phone and showed me how to call, text, reply etc. He showed me the wipers, radio, sirius and even how to play pandora or itunes on my car. It was fantastic. Of course the keys, new capless gas, locks, keyless entry, etc...... He updated, customized and programmed everything to perfection for me! I never expected to be treated so well. I expected nothing in fact but the stress of buying a new car. If you're considering a new vehicle, this is the place to go! Great Teamwork We went in to find a car for our 17 year old daughter. At first we didn't get any help. We went out to look at some of the used cars and the ones we saw we didn't like. So after about 15-20 minutes we decided to leave. Gill Allen caught us as we were almost to the car (we almost made it ...) and he apologized and offered to help. We told him we didn't see anything in our low price range. He offered some cars that we didn't see and we decided to go look at them. After a few days we decided on one of the cars we were shown by Gill. However, when we went back Gill was on vacation, but he had passed our information on to his partner Walt Gage. Walt was super helpful and took great care of us. We ended up spending a little more than planned mainly because these two were so helpful. I would recommend them to my friends! More

Excellent Buying Experience Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by Nathan Goodroe who showed me the extensive selection of Ford Fusions on the lot. He showed me the various options and asked which were important to me. Afterwards, we went in and met with Walt Gage who searched through the website inventory showing me several vehicles that seem to fit my needs. Walt suggested that I take one of the vehicles home so that my wife and I could drive it and spend some time in it. He located a car matching my needs in a dealership down state and made contact with them. This vehicle was no longer available. We looked at the local inventory again and I decided on a Fusion from the Jacksonville dealership. Walt personally picked up the car the following day and we were very happy with this selection. My buying experience could not have been better. More

Israel was very helpful. I went in initially deal shopping. I knew I needed to get into an F150 for towing, and had narrowed down a list of preferred options, but had a lot of I went in initially deal shopping. I knew I needed to get into an F150 for towing, and had narrowed down a list of preferred options, but had a lot of questions. I met Israel online as he is one of the internet sales reps, and he was very helpful, taking the time to answer my questions, and give me pricing on different trim levels. I initially walked, as I thought my trade was undervalued, but at the end of the day, came back as I really loved the truck. Even though he had gone home for the day, Israel turned around and met me back up there for an end of the night closing, it is nice to see that level of commitment from a sales rep. More
