Israel was very helpful. I went in initially deal shopping. I met Israel online as he is one of the internet sales reps, and he was very helpful, taking the time to answer my questions, and give me pricing on different trim levels. I initially walked, as I thought my trade was undervalued, but at the end of the day, came back as I really loved the truck. Even though he had gone home for the day, Israel turned around and met me back up there for an end of the night closing, it is nice to see that level of commitment from a sales rep. More

no games I purchased a per-owned vehicle from this dealership after visiting almost all dealerships in Jacksonville Fl area, and finally found a dealership tha I purchased a per-owned vehicle from this dealership after visiting almost all dealerships in Jacksonville Fl area, and finally found a dealership that treated us the way a dealership should treat costumers. We purchased the vehicle we were looking for with no games, and excellent follow up on all steps. The best part of working with this dealership was getting to work with Walter Gage. I have never been treated so well from a car salesman ever. He not only made sure we found what we were looking for, but he also followed up with me and my wife on every step.
