It is usually due to the salesmen working there at the time. The last two times I was there the experience was wonderful. The salesman Walt Gage made me feel as if he really cared about me buying the right vehicle. I wasn't rushed into just any vehicle so the salesman could make a sale. Walt was excellent and because of my experience with him when I purchased my Edge I returned to purchase a Ford Escape for my grandson. I would highly recommend this store only if they were able to work with Walt Gage. More
