So I have been trying to to buy a Used 2019 Ford F-250 from Autonation Ford in Orange Park. I submitted an inquiry on one of the car sites, auto trader I think. Anyway, Destinie from sales reached out and I asked for the car fax and a few particulars which she provided. Inside of the email containing the carfax was an additional link to their website that had a full price breakdown in the center. Of course every dealer is going to try and negotiate their ridiculous fees, but this laid it out pretty clear, I thought. So Destinie and I hopped on a Zoom, cleared up the last particulars and I tried to negotiate lower. She would not budge. She did say she would have it in Orlando for me by Sat. Ok fair enough, lets run the deposit (assuming on the $40,878 as pictured). At which point she says no I am talking about the $41,207 that I sent over text. Wait, what? I did not have that text and furthermore the email was just a link from their website. On no, she says, that is just a computer generated estimate. Well, that is not what it says. So she abrubtly leaves the Zoom and proceeds to text asking me to sign the screenshot for the $41, 207. I refuse saying let's do the $40, 878. Then she says no that $41, 207 is as low as we can go. Classic dishonest bait and switch by this dealership. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and stay away. More
Visited yesterday for a new F150. Sales associate left his computer unlocked and unattended a few times for 15+ minutes at a time. He was an “acquisition specialist” but had no idea how to operate the HVAC in a Ford Edge. I told him I do not appreciate lowballs on trades. He has no active listening skills because exactly this happens. They also use the old keeping your keys trick. The GM did respond to my email after he sent an automated email. But he never followed up after an email exchange. I am not sure what the point of this dealership is. Definitely not representative of Ford Motor Company. I filed an ethics complaint with AN. Because there are multiple violations of AN’s code of ethics in just my experience alone. More

Reach out online and they responded favorly. I was able to negoiate most of the purchase online and the rest was negoiated at the dealer's site.
