For the most part I have been going to this dealership since 2015. I have always been taken care of when I go this dealership with service and pricing. This last time I went to the dealership on the 23rd of November where I dropped the vehicle off in the morning after work. The Service person who greeted me was Barbie and she was very accommodating and understanding that if needed to be reached that I could be via text. She reached out to me to let me know what the car needed and tried to save me money. I ultimately appreciated it some time in the morning. My car was ready to be picked up that afternoon and Ranae gave me some good tips for finding a good paint job for the car. Altogether no complaints More

Ranae Whitehead and her team are one of the best! She got me in even though they were already at capacity and was able to service my car when the engine light came on. Even though it took six weeks to get my car back, I was very pleased with Ashley in the Service Dept. She kept me up to date and finally got things moving after getting a supervisor involved. My car is a 2017 Lincoln MKC with 60K miles and the engine failed. Ford replaced the engine under my extended warranty. It did however take two weeks before a technician was available to work on it and I think they need to hire more techs or work on better time management of vehicles that have been there the longest ! Overall, I would bring my car back here as long as Ashley is the advisor ! More
