4 stars due to I couldn’t reach anyone in the service dept. to get any answers about my recalls. I had to call the parts dept., and they transferred me. Once on the phone with Ranae Whitehead, she assure dept. to get any answers about my recalls. I had to call the parts dept., and they transferred me. Once on the phone with Ranae Whitehead, she assured me that parts were available to install at my appointed time. At my appointment time, she took care of everything. My vehicle was completed at a reasonable timeframe, and I left completely satisfied with my service. They need to fix their phone service, people can’t wait for a long time on hold. We have a service plan from when we bought our car . .. set an appointment for an oil change at 9:00am (arrived at 8:30). At 11:00am, I asked how much longer and they said the oil change and tire rotatio .. set an appointment for an oil change at 9:00am (arrived at 8:30). At 11:00am, I asked how much longer and they said the oil change and tire rotation are done they were just waiting to hear back on the recommended services.I told him no, we didn't want those. About 30 mins later my car came around, however it sat there another 20 mins before I was told that it was ready and sign the paperwork. There is absolutely NO reason why an oil change and tire rotation should take 3 hrs!!! More
