I enjoyed my first contact, Ryan as I remember, at 08:00. We had a nice chat before I told him, I WAS WAITING FOR THE CAR! I had told the Appt desk when making the appt, I would WAIT. 6 hours later 08:00. We had a nice chat before I told him, I WAS WAITING FOR THE CAR! I had told the Appt desk when making the appt, I would WAIT. 6 hours later the service dept. found me in the waiting area. Said they called me more than once, left messages, home # was correct. NO! MESSAGES on the phone, wife said the phone never rang from 10:00-14:00. Other than Ryan I have not got nice things to say. Will I return for service? My time is too valuable. I will be looking for a new Top of the Line Lariat Super cab in 2-3 years, I believe I will be looking elsewhere. Will I say nice things to my friends about AutoNation? Probably not. More
