f I could give 0 stars I would. I had Brian as a service guide. I took my truck in for an appraisal, oil change, tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. They had my vehicle ALL I had Brian as a service guide. I took my truck in for an appraisal, oil change, tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. They had my vehicle ALL day 9am to 5pm. I got a random picture of my brake fluid in the early afternoon with just saying “recommended to flush”. I HAD to call and tell him to ho ahead with the flush. 4pm came around and I havnt heard anything. I called the service center, Brian answered and told me my vehicle “needed $800 worth of estimated work but declined the work due to me needing my truck back by the end of the day and that my truck was ready”. I told him I would be right there (10 min drive for me). I got there and my truck was no where in sight and Brian was no where to be found. Stood at his service desk for 10 min until a very nice lady asked if she could help me. I told her I was here to pick up my vehicle from Brian. She told me he left for the day, so she helped close my ticket. We both discovered that the only thing that got done was my oil change. They couldn’t do my tire rotation due to not having the lug nut key. (It was in the glove box and last time I got my tires rotated there they found it). Apparently Brian was supposed to call me to ask permission to go into my glove box, he failed to do that along with completing any other work. I asked if my tires where filled with air(i asked them to do it, it’s apart of the multi point inspection anyway). I had a mechanic tell me they did it. They finally got my truck pulled around. I immediately checked the tire pressure, sure enough it was never done (32psi in a 60psi tire). I’m pretty sure Brian left early so he didn’t have to deal with me. So, be very careful bringing your vehicle here. No promise anything will get done. I called the service manager a couple days later and left a message to speak about my experience and I never got a call back. Ill drive across Jacksonville to the other fords to get work done on my raptor. More
