I've worked with bad salesman and crappy service departments over the course of the last 40 years. For the first time, I found a dealership AND a service department that are both outstanding. I bought my new truck in Nov 2021...The sales agent was OUTSTANDING! He listened when I explained what I wanted and he was very knowledgeable about the new trucks and their capabilities. I took my truck into the dealership for its first service last week....The service department was OUTSTANDING too. I was scheduled quickly, the maintenance was completed quickly, and the staff was very courteous. Need a new vehicle or service for your current one? You could do worse than visiting AutoNation Ford. I made an appointment to check a lose rattle under my hood on the driver side. Thay did find my transmission was lose and making noise. However, I got my car back from a three- or four-hour service call hood on the driver side. Thay did find my transmission was lose and making noise.
