The people at this location was the rudest most unprofessional people ever, they talk rudely about their own staff, they broke a lug cap and said they could not rotate our tires unless we bought 31 unprofessional people ever, they talk rudely about their own staff, they broke a lug cap and said they could not rotate our tires unless we bought 315.00 dollars worth of lug nuts, so needless to say I did not, I bought some for 40 dollars someplace else. No one wants to help you they are not friendly at all and actually treat you as if they want you to leave, and that goes for the service department and the parts department, I had asked how much a battery was from the service dept he did not know so I asked the parts department he said he don’t know because that’s done in service, they do not either read the computer screen or do not communicate, I don’t know, but they had no idea after I spoke to one guy on the phone that I had a service plan. They tried to charge me for it, If I didn’t have a free oil changes I would never go back. I love my ford truck and car, but their service departments, this one and one other I can speak of, needs to take customer service lesson. And that’s just sad More
