Had an issue with my new Ford Escape. Loud rumbling in front end when speed reached 60+ mph. One dealer claimed it was acorns trapped in the body molding. He got the parts ordered, called me within 2 days to update me on status, and got the replacement parts installed without a problem. He is a great rep for Ford Autonation. I highly recommend Autonation for any service repair or new car as we bought our first car from them in 1993. More
