I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited at the dealer, but after 3hrs past and no one notified me about the status of my F150 and I wen5 to look for someone to give me an update. I I waited at the dealer, but after 3hrs past and no one notified me about the status of my F150 and I wen5 to look for someone to give me an update. I could find anyone that was willing to help, but after 10 minutes of looking someone went to check on it. They came back with a lengthy list of items they suggested needed to be done that totaled over $1000. After waiting 3hrs for a simple oil change, I didn’t feel I could trust them to do the lengthly list of repairs in a timely matter. After getting my truck back the AC stopped working (It may be unrelated to the work they did, but I don’t trust them.) More
Nice facility and great people. A little slow on service both times I have used this location. My salesman Paul very helpful and knowledgeable. A little slow on service both times I have used this location. My salesman Paul very helpful and knowledgeable. More

I had made an appointment for an oil change at 7:00 A. M. Apparently, whoever booked appointments also booked at least 9 or 10 others for the same day and time (Tues. March 15). After my car was checked M. Apparently, whoever booked appointments also booked at least 9 or 10 others for the same day and time (Tues. March 15). After my car was checked in by advisor Dianna, I waited nearly an hour before getting the promised text message, "hello". Then, after waiting nearly another hour and sending several text messages (no response), I went over to the office to speak to her, but she was so busy with other customers that there was no time to talk...she acknowledged my texts. Shortly after that she texted that the mechanic had several suggestions for attention and came over to the waiting room to show them to me. I decided that none of those needed attention and she went back to tell the mechanic to return the car to me. During all this time, Dianna was cordial and very obviously working hard. But something is wrong with a system that takes so many appointments that obviously cannot all be fulfilled at once. I was in the waiting line at 6:50 A.M. I paid my bill at 9:03. It should not take more than 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! Also, the mechanic indicated that I should return for next oil change after 5,000 miles, when he had just put in my requested expensive full synthetic oil! Every online source seems to say that the car should be able to go 8-15,000 miles on synthetic oil. My request: Please honor your appointments (or fix your system). My time is valuable, too. I am not rating the customer service below because Dianna was obviously trying very hard to do her job, but was overwhelmed with too many customers. She should, however, have been more prompt with her texting. Something is wrong with the system. More
