The customer service was poor for starters. They aren't very friendly nor do they act concerned about your vehicle. The wait time was unacceptable and communication lacking. Was overcharged on a simple reflash of the pcm that should have taken an hour but was charged for four hours. One of the worst experiences I've had at a dealership in my life.
