Had a major recall and when I went in at my appointment time they didn't have the parts. So I decided to get an oil change while there. I got my new truck after the oil change with a new door ding! Dropped my truck off the evening before the appointment. Received texts in the morning about what needed to be addressed. I responded and got a response back confirming. But after 2 weeks waiting for a reply on when I could bring it back, I was told that the dealership had stopped taking in any motorhomes until July (even though I had an appointment and had waited with a factory recall to complete).
