The people that greet you when you drive in the bay area are courteous and prompt. The technicians that do the repair work also do a great job. I have used this dealer in the past for the same service three times in the past - This particular time, Absolutely Unimpressed. Was told I didn't have an appt even after I showed I did. Finally accepte three times in the past - This particular time, Absolutely Unimpressed. Was told I didn't have an appt even after I showed I did. Finally accepted my vehicle after I waited for a 20 minute period because the advisor was busy on the phone. NO paperwork - a verbal on what needed to be done - oil change. Never looked at my vehicle mileage, like a normal visit. Was told it would be complete that day, worst case scenario the next day. After two days of zero communication - ii reached out and they said it would be complete the third day morning. Still no communication, i reached out again and they said it was complete in the afternoon and to see Brad. Went in talked to Brad - he said to talk to Jeremy. Jeremy said Brad doesn't have the paperwork? On the verbal i discussed NOT doing a tire rotation - well they did it and charged anyways. So, there is that. Also, Never changed the oil sticker. I question if anything was actually done. Kinda of rushed me out the door. Terrible experience all the way around. The place is a zoo of people and nobody I dealt with wanted to help or seemed to care. Zero organization. "Go see this guy", wait "I don't handle that", "he's not here can you wait"... Its hard to rate any quality without knowing. I can never recommend this dealership for any future maintenance. More

We took our 2021 Ford Explorer Platinum into AutoNation because there was a recall on the vehicle that needed attention. We also needed an oil change, tire rotation and our fuel tank looked at. At first, t because there was a recall on the vehicle that needed attention. We also needed an oil change, tire rotation and our fuel tank looked at. At first, the service department seemed exceptionally on point, and even found another issue that we hadn’t noticed. They did what they could that day, then ordered the parts that were needed, and were advised that we would receive a call when they came in. A week later we received a call and were advised that if we couldn’t bring our SUV in and leave it for two days, they will give our parts away. So, we took it in. They do not offer loaner vehicles, so we had to rent one for two days. On the second day of service no one called us, and no one knew the exact status of our vehicle. The lady told us that the other lady that was helping us was in a car accident, and all she knew was that we needed more parts to fix the vehicle, but she wasn’t sure. We physically went into the service department to find out the details on our vehicle. When we walked in, there were five service department members present, not one of them acknowledged us. We just stood there for about ten minutes until I couldn’t take it anymore and asked for help. They wanted us to talk to Dianne, but again, she wasn’t there. Then the lady that we spoke to on the phone miraculously found our vehicle and said we were all good to go and everything was fixed. So, in the twenty minutes that we drove to get there, you found our vehicle and parts and fixed it??? Never again AutoNation, never!! You lost our business. I’d rather driver 20 miles to another dealership, than drive 5 miles to you and receive horrible service. More
The service manager rescheduled my appointment because needed service required a diagnostic and that's not done on Saturdays. He immediately rescheduled it based on my availability. He listened to my concerns about the nose coming from underneath my suv and asked questions. On the day of servicing, he informed me the technician couldn't hear the noise. However, the sway bar needed attention. Guess what? That was it - no more noise! I wasn't able to pick the suv that day and was provided the opportunity to pick it up at my designated time: 7:30am the next day. I've been with AutoNation for over 10 years and will continue to take my vehicle there for services. More
