Found the car online. Spoke to the sales guy, placed a deposit. Car was waiting, gassed up and clean. Transaction was fast, no BS. Special ordered a 2021 F-150 with the help of Walt in August, Ford stopped production 2 weeks later, and the team at Autonation Orange Park not only helped me translate my order to a 2022 F-150, but also August, Ford stopped production 2 weeks later, and the team at Autonation Orange Park not only helped me translate my order to a 2022 F-150, but also helped me keep my cash offers from the 2021 order. The 2022 truck arrived in January, and everyone I met at Autonation couldn’t be nicer, more helpful and committed to excellent customer service. Being an out of town customer can sometimes be a challenge, but Autonation Orange Park did exactly what they said they would do, resulting in a great buying experience. More
