I brought my RV in for a burning smell, AutoNation took it in after initially telling me to turn around and go home even after scheduling an appointment due to lack of space. Tech "found" that the burning smell was due to a tire that was deflated and spinning on the rim and rubbing the tire next to it (dually). I asked for pictures and proof that the tires were rubbing and all I got was pictures. I asked when I returned to the shop to see the pictures and got a blank stare when I asked again. Took the RV home and went camping for the weekend where the first 10 minutes of camping I noticed the smell again. Turns out one of the house batteries was at fault, took them out and went to Autozone and replaced both batteries for $104 each. I sent an email to Jeremy and received no response. I'm down $800+ for a crappy diagnostic from a large Ford shop. More

Awful experience. Under extended warranty but service department had to sub out work for routine repairs. They Treated me like I was no longer a customer once car was at another repair shop. Repair of common issue left me without my car for 21 days. Unless you have a direct number only sales people answer phone or return calls. Had to go to finance or GM a half dozen times to get service department to do anything. One day my daughter and I had to go sit at the dealership because they wouldnt answer a phone call. I have never experienced worse customer care. If I could give zero stars I could do so. More
