Vehicle was in for extended warranty work. David and tech(s) supported me through a rough period of about 50 days fighting back and forth with warranty company. In the end, with the proper documents, no tech(s) supported me through a rough period of about 50 days fighting back and forth with warranty company. In the end, with the proper documents, notes and pictures the warranty company did the right thing and repaired the vehicle at no cost to us. We called ahead about a vehicle in inventory. They pulled it around for us before we got there. Did a test drive, the deal was done. They were so polite, very accommodating and attentive.
