I do not like the hard sell for a maintenance program when signing paper work. I really liked the sales person helping me, but when I came in for a 1:30 appointment, he was busy with another customer. H when signing paper work. Long story short, I left there and came back at four to do paper work. I was told they could not do paperwork without my insurance papers, even if I brought them back when my wife got off work to pick up the truck. I bought my wife a car from there two years ago at Christmas and did not have insurance on it before all the paper work was done. All in all the sales person was very nice. The person that does the paper work was very pushy on the maintenance programs. The vehicle is under warranty for three years or 36,000 miles. Hopefully their product will stand up for at least that long without buying an expensive maintenance program. I seldom buy new from a dealer because of all the crap they put you through. I sold my previous truck in less than two minutes. Got the money and signed the title over. I usually buy a vehicle from an individual and do the exact same thing. More
Disappointed when I first pulled in, waited in vehicle for 10 minutes no one checked me in. This normally does not happen. The service department is terrible. They do not answer the phone, return phone calls or call in a timely manner. Additionally, they forgot my car was there one day, another day my car sat at their service the phone, return phone calls or call in a timely manner. Additionally, they forgot my car was there one day, another day my car sat at their service department for a whole day before anyone looked at it, even though I had an appointment. To top it all off they lost my key fob and were unable to replace it, so I had to use my spare, then I took my car to another dealership. I kept calling autonation about getting a new key fob, but again, they don't answer and they don't return messages. I tried to give them many chances but after 3 awful visits, I am done. When I went to the other dealership they were able to fix my car, offered wonderful, communication and acted like they actually cared. They also got Autonation to finally replace my lost key fob. More
I would have given a 5 Star based on my service adviser, Mr Craddock. He was exceptional! He was patient, thorough and accurate in every interaction. The drawback is the lack of support staffing. Appeared to be only 3 advisers at any one time, and they had to ferry the customers cars in for them because no one else was available. Truck was completed in time and at a price that compared to the quote. More
