You squeezed me in on Christmas Eve morning, fixing a flat and rotating my tires. You told me you weren't sure when you could get to it, and hour later I was on the road. Always a pleasure at this location. Jeramy, Steve Vinti and the rest of the North crew are always accommodating and do all they can to solve an issue. I don't know all the names of the other techs but they and the rest of the North crew are always accommodating and do all they can to solve an issue. I don't know all the names of the other techs but they try really hard for the customer. Bought my 97 t-bird off the showcase and have been going there with other cars since the middle eighties. Would recommend this group to anyone. More

Diana and the techs onsite were phenomenal. I brought in for a service recall but was told I would not be able to get it done in time for work. Diana worked with the Mechanics to ensure I would be front-of- for a service recall but was told I would not be able to get it done in time for work. Diana worked with the Mechanics to ensure I would be front-of-line the following morning and had the job done before I was due in for work. I truly do appreciate them moving those mountains for me.
