Worst dealer ship experience ever. Have used their service department 3 times. The mechanics are top notch and very good at what they do. However, their service advisors are their week link. No commun service department 3 times. The mechanics are top notch and very good at what they do. However, their service advisors are their week link. No communication from the start. And the service manager isn't much better. No communication from the advisor, and I am sure there is probably no communication between the advisor and the mechanics, as half of what I asked to be done wasn't even listed on the notes they took when I dropped off the vehicle. The SUV we purchased is wonderful, the purchase experience was not good. Sold warranty I said I did not want!!! Waited till dark to give us the SUV. Next day I discovered why, it was dirty!!!! Charges above and beyond… like prep charges that never happened. Honestly I have not wanted to write this review due to being upset. After waiting for the car for 3 1/2 hours, the salesmen kept walking off and the loan person also. We arrived mid afternoon and left about an hour after dark. Took us around 30 minutes to decide on the SUV we purchased, than another 3hours to get the car. No reason given. The place wasn’t busy. In fact several employees stood around a counter for the better part of our time there and did a whole lot of chatting. They speed dialed the signature portion of the loan agreement and the actual sale documents so I couldn’t read until they were printed at this point I just wanted the SUV and to get out. We left in error in the old trade in a new set of jumper cables and iPhone jack in the car …still waiting for a call to say hey … you forgot these. That goes overall dealership’s inter gritty I guess. Over paid and feel ripped off. Oh did I say we love the SUV. Buyer beware!!!! Why would I pay for tire protection and seat cover protection on a brand new SUV? Answer “I would not and said so” I signed the original purchase agreement and than when we did my trade I was told to sign a second saying it was updated (little did I realize they also added in the tire and seat protection) with my trade in and these two events were 45 minutes apart. When I signed the Documents they were on an I pad and the loan person rather quickly explained what she said they said … hehe never mentioned the extra $1000 in extra protection that was added after I told the salesmen and than I told her the same. We did not need or want it!!! Very sad at my age I was taken in. Would never go back here again. Have been very busy since we purchased this SUV … next steps to contact an attorney to see how to get this added protection refunded I would never need or use … !!!! More
