Technician replaced cabin filter and engine air filter without asking me to approve. Did not show me either after the fact to justify they needed to be changed. Added unexpected cost to oil change, which without asking me to approve. Did not show me either after the fact to justify they needed to be changed. Technician did not remove old oil change reminder and failed to put new reminder on windshield Doing "yes" on recommendation question only because this was a mobil service and not representative of what goes on at dealership.
