Horrible service/parts department. Complained to GM and he doesn’t seem to care. Multiple service managers have told me “I’ll take care of you and get it done”. 7 months later I’m stil Complained to GM and he doesn’t seem to care. Purchase process was pretty easy, and the test drive set up was simple. I am still waiting for delivery, will be 2 weeks since purchase before I get the vehicle. They did what they were supposed to do to fix the car but it definitely felt like they were pushing me to do alot more with the car to get a extra charge.
