They did what they were supposed to do to fix the car but it definitely felt like they were pushing me to do alot more with the car to get a extra charge. The sales person, Jason was our first point of contact when we initially called to ask about available stock for F250 Tremor. When we arrived at the dealership later that morning, he was there to greet us and had the truck ready to look over and test drive. He admitted to being new on the job and was upfront about needing to ask for help when he was unsure about answering a question or two. He was honest and very personable. He is definitely an asset to the company! We paid cash and were allowed to use two credit cards and a personal check! The entire process seemed too long for a cash purchase and very tedious. 4-5 hrs is too long in our opinion…and too much paperwork for a cash purchase…! More
Came for some recalls, service, and to have another minor issue looked at. I made the appointment more than a month in advance. When I arrived they told me they were behind and it may take a week to look at issue looked at. I made the appointment more than a month in advance. When I arrived they told me they were behind and it may take a week to look at everything. A week goes by, the service rep never called like he said he would despite me calling numerous times. He would say "I'll call you back..." and we know how that goes. I finally decided to go pick my vehicle up because they at least had the recalls completed and there was no time frame when they could even look at the other problem. Pick up my car and drive it home. The next day it won't shift and is stuck in netural but the dash say reverse so my back up camera won't go off. Turns out the one recall on the shifter cable was installed incorrectly. Had to tow it back. After they towed it back there was a giant puddle of transfer case fluid underneath because when the serviced that they spilled fluid all over and so it was leaking all over my garage floor. The service reps acted like I was the AH and a major inconvenience. I noticed they treated most customers this way. I guess they don't realize who pays their salary. Needless to say, I won't return, first impressions matter. More
I made an appointment and brought the car in for some recall work and an oil change. The Service Tech was able to get my car finished by the end of the morning.
