Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. Bought a used vehicle, and had check engine light turn on the day after I bought it, as well as a transmission shudder on light acceleration. I immed Bought a used vehicle, and had check engine light turn on the day after I bought it, as well as a transmission shudder on light acceleration. I immediately let the sales guy Quinn know about it, and told me no worries to just bring it back and they’d have a tech hook up to it and see what the issue was. He said they’ll take care of me. I’m a mechanic myself so I hooked up my scanner to see what the codes were for so I can see wether it’s something serious or something that can wait. Ended up being catalytic converter codes and also low fuel pressure at start up and the shudder. No big deal truck was still running fine. I took it to the dealer 2 days after purchase, they hooked up to it and said to bring it early in the morning another day so they can reflash the bcm. So that’s what I did. After I returned, and had them attempt to reflash the truck, used car manager came back and told me that they can’t get it to reflash, because supposedly I tuned the truck. I knew they were going to say some crap like that since my scanner was still hooked up to the truck. I explained to him why the scanner was hooked up and that the only reason that was hooked up was to check the engine codes. He didn’t seem like he believed what I told him. At the end he comes back and tells me that they can’t reflash the bcm and will have to order a new one, to not worry about it and that they’ll take care of me. I ended up doing a transmission oil drain and fill with a filter change myself and that got the shudder fixed. They were supposed to call me when the parts they ordered arrived, but failed miserably at being in contact. After two weeks, the used car manager called me and said that the dealer truly believes I tuned the truck and that they shouldn’t be paying for anything because of it. Well, i was so mad i went off on the manager. I used to work at a dealership and know the exact tactics they try and use to get off the hook on bills they should be liable for. I ended up telling him that i would pay for the parts if they covered the labor ( thinking the tab was no more than $1k). Fast forward a month and i finally had to text the sales guy to see what had happened with all the parts they were supposed to order for the pickup. Used car manager gives me a call 5 minutes later after I sent the text message, and tells me that since I agreed to pay half the bill that the parts alone were going to be $4k and labor was another $4k. I ended up saying forget it. I’ll fix it on my own! Do not go to this dealership, and if you do CHECK THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY! Run a scanner through it to make sure no check engine lights are on that have been cleared by the dealer, and if they offer to bring the vehicle to the front desk while you wait inside don’t let them. I would of caught that slow start on the truck had I been the one who initially started it that day, but what else can I say other than, They got me! More
Recently took my wife's 2015 Edge in for a factory recall. Got a phone call from the service advisor that the techs were having trouble getting the hood of the car open. When they finally did get the recall. Got a phone call from the service advisor that the techs were having trouble getting the hood of the car open. When they finally did get the hood open I was advised that the latch on the hood was broken and would need to be replaced at a cost of around 400.00. I declined the work to fix the hood latch and the techs finished with the recall items. Two days later I went into the garage where the car was parked and noticed 2 dents in the hood where the techs had evidently been pushing or pounding on the hood to get the latch to release. This is the second vehicle I've had at this dealership in the last 3 months that has had problems with the poor quality of workmanship. More
Although I had to wait over a year for Ford to deliver the truck to the dealer, the transaction with the dealer went great. There was a slight issue with price protection with the original salesman but t the truck to the dealer, the transaction with the dealer went great. There was a slight issue with price protection with the original salesman but the sales manager cleared it up. Dan was the the dealer representative who handled the handover of our truck. I can not say enough on how great it was to have him handle the dlelivery. More

Bought a new Ford F-250 and was promised added mud-flaps and fender protectors. After waiting two months and multiple inquiries they still had not been ordered. When I was shopping for the truck, the servic and fender protectors. After waiting two months and multiple inquiries they still had not been ordered. When I was shopping for the truck, the service was johnny-on-the-spot. After they had my money, there is minimal response and no followup. More
