My service rep Ethan was 5 stars, he did everything he possibly could for me. However, I had an issue with my door that was going to involve 10 days of leaving my car at the dealership, $200 diagnostic f possibly could for me. However, I had an issue with my door that was going to involve 10 days of leaving my car at the dealership, $200 diagnostic fee and many complications that were beyond my understanding. I was able to call another dealership, get the drain at the bottom of my door unclogged resolving the issue with dropping in an spending 15 minutes there. The general service was good as far as I can understand but I'm not sure why the mechanics there didn't know about the drain on the door and suggested drilling a hole in my door. More

The dealership is sparkling and pristine, and you feel very welcomed coming straight into the door! Our purchase this time was a pick up truck that we ordered. We knew coming in the gate. It may be several months before we received it, but it didn’t take as long as we thought. Everything was in order right down to the paperwork when we got there. Couldn’t be happier! Tyler, who managed my recent service visit, was super courteous and thorough. He also accommodated my hearing loss by keeping in touch via text messaging vs phone calls. Greatly appreciated that. That said, I am disappointed my car is not the same as it was prior to letting them do the factory recall repairs. My car ran pretty darn flawless prior but now my steering is off, things rattle in car when I idle, and it seems my alignment is unreliable. I am now second-guessing letting Autonation Littleton repair my factory recalls. Sigh.. but at least engaging with Tyler provided a positive in all this. Thank you, Tyler! More

As I told the manager on my initial complaint I felt the service department was rude and condescending. I also feel like the warranty was misrepresented, had we known that it doesn't cover anything we might service department was rude and condescending.
