Poor communication from the service department from the start. Was told my repair would be an ‘all day’ job. When I dropped off the vehicle I was told it would be 3-4 days. Adam was super helpful, I genuinely felt he was concerned as I was about my issues. He kept in contact with me and when he wasn’t able to he had other employees take care of me. Simple new battery installation is now into two weeks, emails, 4 trips to dealer.
