I’ll be perfectly honest, when I sent in the request for information on the pickup I wanted I didn’t realize the dealership I was contacting. Knowing they’re a nationwide company I assumed they would be very low on their trade allowance and be impersonal in their communications. I was VERY wrong! They worked EXTREMELY hard to get us to the deal we needed, with everything we needed! I purchase too many vehicles, and because of that I’ve dealt with LOTS of dealerships!! This was one of, if not the, best experiences I’ve had! They did what they promised and did so in an exceptionally courteous and quick manner! Sales (New) I purchased two new cars from Auto Nation was because of Mike Absher, wish he was still there, understand he is now retired! Mike turned me over to Dan Macnamee complete both deals and was very attentive, cordial, and helpful through all steps, in fact a couple of months ago I decided to buy the 2019 Ford Explorer when lease was over. Dan completed the paperwork again being outstanding through the buyout. Dan turned me over to finance department. I apologize I can't remember his name, he was great too! Service Dept. When I had my 2017 Edge I did not have a good experience with your service department however, now I see service has all new faces. Aaron was fantastic and help with servicing my vehicle. The service was terrific, Mike and the team went all out to make sure we could get the best price for my trade in and worked hard on making sure we left with a new car.
