I was interested in an FJ cruiser that I saw on the internet, called and was told it was still being gone over in the shop but they had been receiving a lot of calls on this vehicle. I went and looked at it and was very interested. They took a deposit to hold the vehicle until the time I could test drive it and make the final decision to buy the car. While it was understandable that it took some time to get my vehicle fixed (it took nearly 2 weeks to get my car back) the communication was terrible. We had to initiate every contact to get updates on the my vehicle fixed (it took nearly 2 weeks to get my car back) the communication was terrible. We had to initiate every contact to get updates on the car and frequently did not receive calls back. Sometimes we received a text message with an update but, again, we initiated the first text. The only person who was extremely helpful was the operator who answered the direct number. This was a disappointing experience and I just recommend that this department do a better job with communication. More
