Auto Nation Littleton has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I bought a $10,000 car from them on March 21st. First of all it took 4 hours to actually buy to car. No one in the buildin experience of my life. I bought a $10,000 car from them on March 21st. First of all it took 4 hours to actually buy to car. No one in the building seems to have any sense of urgency. We waited for the “finance guy” for almost 2.5 hours. Had they let us know it was going to be that long we could have left and come back(with full stomachs). During the 4 hours that we spent at the dealership on March 21st we were assured multiple times by Vince, our salesman, that the car would be ready for us to pick up the next day, March 22nd. I am writing this on March 31st and I STILL DON’T HAVE THE CAR. On March 22nd they called and told me it would be ready on March 24th. Then on the 24th I was passed on to Dee who I believe is higher up on the ladder than Vince. She told me the drivers side seat belt needed to be replaced and the car isn’t ready. I thought that was weird because I test dove the car and the seatbelt seemed fine. They called the next day to tell me it was the serpentine belt not the seatbelt. And that brings us to now. I haven’t heard from them since the 25th. This company took $10,000 from me and has still not given me the car I was promised. At this point I feel the organization is deeply flawed. All the employees have been kind even giving out their personal phone numbers to try and resolve problems. That’s kind of them but very unprofessional and reflects poorly on this business for not giving their employees the resources to actually solve customer problems. I feel that Autonation Ford Littleton does not care about its customers or employees. I will never recommend this business and would never dream of coming here again for anything. More
Service appt was on Thursday they looked at car the following Tuesday. Need to be up front on timing as appt had been set for weeks and other modes of transportation set up. My new truck has a low ambient temperature related issue that required leaving the F150 with the dealership for several days. The weather warmed and as expected, the issue was not repeatable in the four day that required leaving the F150 with the dealership for several days. The weather warmed and as expected, the issue was not repeatable in the four days and 20 miles of test drives that they did. But they assured me that my problem is now documented with them and with Ford Motor Company. It's all I can ask at this point. More

How can I possibly refer a service department that doesn’t update the records they keep on the truck I bought free m them. I had some recall work completed by them only to get another notice from Ford doesn’t update the records they keep on the truck I bought free m them. When I picked up my truck yesterday and I asked about the recall, I was told that work had been completed over a year ago. I guess they didn’t bother to update the recorded in the Ford data base. Also when picking up my truck there were 5 employee standing behind the counter. And only one other customer besides myself. Not one of them offered any help or acknowledgment that I needed help. Except a gentleman that was clearly finishing up some paperwork on a previous customers. He ran some paperwork across the drop of bay to what I assume was the mechanics bay. The ran back to help me. Still the other workers stood chatting to one another offer no help. As this gentleman help me, one of the other 4 Interrupted us to tell him he had a phone call from another one of his customers not offering to help finish up my transaction she almost demanded that he stop working with a customer it was in the store and he take a phone call he asked the lady could she at least get the keys for my truck so that he could finish the transaction with me. Rather than having my truck pulled up, she pointed out the door and told me I could find it in the back of the lot. If I had only received the attention I got when dropping the truck off as they tried to sell me several other services I did not request or need to have completed. You have to wonder with the lack of attention to update the records on my truck from before, how do I know they even did what they charged me for this time? I have dealt with this Ford dealership location since 1997. From what I saw yesterday day they don’t care if I return. More

The first drive on our way home from the dealership was very good. I also appreciate the fact that Auto Nation shows its appreciation to veterans. So far, our experience with your service department is an excellent one and has been well-worth the drive from Castle Rock, even though we have a Ford dealership right in our own back yard.
